At Top Dog Training and Resort, we are dedicated to providing the highest standard of canine care, training, boarding, and grooming for our clients across the North Carolina Triangle. Our facility is much more than a dog training center—it’s a dog training, fitness, and boarding resort designed to nurture both behavior and joy in every pup who walks through our doors.

Top Dog is a family-owned and minority-owned business, proudly serving pet families throughout Hillsborough, Durham, Raleigh, Chapel Hill, Greensboro, and surrounding areas. We are not a franchise—that means no franchise fees and more resources invested directly into offering personalized care, ongoing education, and evolving programming tailored to your dog’s needs.

Our team consists of trained, professional dog trainers and caregivers who bring both experience and compassion to every interaction. We are fully insured and operate with the appropriate licensing and compliance expected of reputable boarding and training facilities per North Carolina standards for kennels and animal care operations.
Note: Boarding kennel licenses and registration for facilities that regularly offer boarding services are administered by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (NCDA&CS) Veterinary Division—ensuring public safety, animal welfare, and humane care.
